Richie Eubanks

Richie Eubanks launched his path of success in the industry through his Real Estate career with Keller Williams. In January 2017 he brought his talents to Hughston Homes and helped further establish Hughston Homes Marketing, Inc. – a brokerage which specializes in new construction. Richie’s previous association and efforts with Hughston Homes combined with his established experience among the many facets of Real Estate led him to become the Managing Broker for Hughston Homes. Leading a strong team of New Home Sales Specialists and Realtors, Richie and his team are active throughout vast regions of Georgia and Eastern Alabama, as well as Tennessee.

Dan Faina

As the Southern California Division President of Williams Homes, Daniel Faina provides strategic leadership and plays an integral role in acquisitions, design, and development within Williams Homes' growing portfolio of communities. During his tenure at Williams, Dan has spearheaded the development of numerous communities in Southern and Central Coast California, Idaho, Montana, and now in Northern California and Texas. Chris Hartley
VP of Sales, K. Hovnanian
Chris Hartley has nearly two decades of New Home Sales Experience in various roles across the industry. In addition to his current role as Vice President of Sales for K. Hovnanian Homes in DFW, Chris is a Certified Trainer for the Texas Real Estate Commission, frequent contributor to industry leading publications, a guest on numerous industry podcasts, and a highly sought out public speaker. Chris has worked with both public and private homebuilders across the US. He has won numerous awards on a local, regional, and national level including the inaugural Gold Award at The Nationals for One to Watch through the National Association of Homebuilders. He is an active member of the Zillow Builder Advisor Board as well as a Board Member for AtlasRTX. Chris is an advocate for the American Cancer Society, being named a three-time Corporate Hero and is part of Team Determination participating in half and full marathons having raised over $200,000 fighting for the cause. His latest adventure was completing a full Ironman Triathlon on behalf of the National Angels, a Foster Care Organization Chris is passionate about as well as complete his first children’s book series in 2022.

Ryan specializes in renewable business development and is an expert in combining the smartest, greenest and most superior solutions in the industry. Ken Peterson

Ken Peterson has over 35 years of experience in the new home industry with 25+ as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes' Arizona Division. During his time at Shea Homes Ken has led his team through the best and worst economic times while earning some of the highest local and national industry awards along the way. He is widely regarded as an industry expert by trade partners, peers and media. To date, Ken has managed over 30,000 new home closings, ultimately earning him a self-proclaimed “Ph.D. in Sales Success”.

Ken Pinto

Ken Pinto is the author of “How Much Is the Milk?”, a practical roadmap for business leaders interested in solving supply chain issues, and founder of KENZAI USA, an international supply chain solutions company. In his newly released book, Pinto shares secrets and offers sustainable solutions for some of the biggest building industry obstacles and opportunities. With more than 40 years of construction industry experience coursing through his veins, Pinto is an accomplished carpenter, mason, plumber, electrician, steel worker, heavy equipment operator, surveyor, project manager, and a 21-year veteran of the commercial construction industry. He worked for 19 years as Supply Chain VP at Shea Homes, Pulte Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, and Toll Brothers, and is a sought-after speaker on global supply chain management. Pinto contends that the supply chain is less about raw materials, manufacturing, ships, planes, trains, and trucks, and more about people and relationships, resolving to help businesses transform transactions into interactions. A former Navy Seabee, Pinto’s journey in the construction industry began at the tender age of 11, serving as a master carpenter’s apprentice. Keith is a successful entrepreneur and a former top executive for companies all over the country. Keith recently retired as Executive Vice President of Operations from NVR, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies. Prior to that, he headed up operations for the automotive and industrial business for Avery Dennsion and was a plant manager for Harland Clarke, the second largest check printer in the nation. Originally from Stoughton, Wisconsin, Keith earned his degree from The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in business administration in 1985.

Nick Brown

Nick Brown is a Certified Energy Analyst (CEA) for residential construction and an Associate Energy Analyst (AEA) for nonresidential construction certified by the California Association of Building Energy Consultants (CABEC). He has maintained his certifications for 2008, 2013, 2016, and 2019 code cycles. Nick is a Subject Matter Expert on the Energy Code Ace statewide education team and teaches classes for Southern California Edison on Net Zero Design, All-electric Homes, Heat Pumps, and Selling Clean Energy Homes. As part of a CalSEED team, Nick is currently researching phase change material applications in HVAC systems. Nick was elected to the Board of Directors of CABEC beginning in 2018.
